This project focused on the renovation of a commercial property located on Crofton Road in Dún Laoghaire. The brief involved evaluating the existing retail structure and reimagining it as a five-story hospitality development. Concept – Water Ripple: Inspired by the delicate movement of raindrops hitting the surface of water, the concept draws on the idea of ripples spreading outward a fleeting yet beautiful moment of connection and rhythm. Like a gentle dance, each ripple symbolizes the interconnectedness of space, nature, and time.
